Parker Parker EW101 series directional valve power amplifier
Parker Parker EW101 series directional valve power amplifier is used to control the pilot proportional directional valve with displacement sensor. The flow direction of oil in the spool can be determined by the preset command signal voltage. The spool stroke and its commutation speed can be adjusted by a potentiometer. The movement characteristics of the spool are regulated by the closed-loop feedback loop of the module. Parker Parker TDA series proportional throttle valve
Parker Parker TDA series proportional throttle valve is composed of three stages. The valve cone is pilot controlled by the servo spool of the seat valve structure. The proportional solenoid valve with force feedback adjusts the position of the servo spool. Therefore, the position of the valve cone will not be affected by the pressure difference. The pressure difference can reach the maximum working pressure. The control oil flow rate of the pilot control is approximately 1 l/min. The minimum working pressure is 3 bar. The control pressure must be greater than 25% of the system pressure at port A. The adjustment accuracy of the flow rate is 0.5%. Since the flow characteristic curve is gradual, when the flow is small, the adjustment accuracy is improved to 0.25% in the gradual region. The adjustment time of the whole stroke is about 25ms. When the oil flows from B to A, there should be no leakage from B to A in the initial closed position. Pilot control does not require control oil in this initial position. The pressure at the oil return port T cannot be higher than 100 bar.
