Features of electromagnetic guided relief valve RVGS, RVTS series:
1. Electromagnetic guided relief valve RVGS, RVTS is a combination of relief valve and electromagnetic directional valve. Since the solenoid valve is directly installed on the relief valve and connected to the drain pipe of the relief valve, there is no piping between them.
2. The pressure of the electromagnetic guided relief valve RVGS and RVTS can be remotely unloaded by the electronic signal acting on the solenoid valve, or adjusted by connecting the guided relief valve to the solenoid valve port. Make the system obtain variable pressure or three-stage pressure control.
The electromagnetic guided relief valve RVGS, RVTS has the following models:
RVGS-03, RVGS-04, RVGS-06, RVGS-10, RVTS-03, RVTS-04, RVTS-06, RVTS-10, RVGS-03-1P, RVGS-03-2P, RVGS-03-3P, RVGS-04-1P, RVGS-04-2P, RVGS-04-3P, RVGS-06-1P, RVGS-06-2P, RVGS-06-3P, RVGS-10-1P, RVGS-10-2P, RVGS- 10-3P,RVTS-03-1P,RVTS-03-2P,RVTS-03-3P,RVTS-04-1P,RVTS-04-2P,RVTS-04-3P,RVTS-06-1P,RVTS-06- 2P, RVTS-06-3P, RVTS-10-1P, RVTS-10-2P, RVTS-10-3P

Instructions for use of electromagnetic guided relief valve RVGS, RVTS series:
1. Electromagnetic guided relief valve RVGS, RVTS can use standard pilot control flow valve. For low pressure adjustment value and other characteristics, please refer to the direct-acting relief valve series.
2. The recommended viscosity of electromagnetic guided relief valve RVGS, RVTS: the recommended viscosity during normal operation is 15-400cSt. If the valve is equipped with an oil return damper, the viscosity range must be 15–200cSt.
3. Electromagnetic guided relief valve RVGS, RVTS recommended oil: any hydraulic oil listed below can be used. Petroleum base oil: Use oil equivalent to ISO VG32 or VG46. Synthetic liquid: Use phosphoric acid ester liquid or polyol ester liquid. When using phosphate ester fluid, please use special fluoro rubber seal. Aqueous liquid: Use water-glycol liquid.
4. Electromagnetic guided relief valve RVGS, RVTS working oil temperature: continuous working temperature is -17℃ ~ +70℃.
5. Electromagnetically guided relief valve RVGS, RVTS pollution control: attention should be paid to control the pollution of hydraulic oil, otherwise it will cause damage to the valve or shorten the service life. Please ensure that the pollution degree is NAS 1638-11, using 25μm or finer Line oil filter.
6. Electromagnetically guided relief valve RVGS, RVTS pressure adjustment: when adjusting the pressure, loosen the lock nut, slowly turn the handle, clockwise to increase the pressure, counterclockwise to decrease, low pressure, after the adjustment, be sure to tighten and lock Nut. The pressure is limited by the installed retaining ring. When a working pressure cannot be reached, some retaining rings can be removed.
7. Electromagnetic guided relief valve RVGS, RVTS oil return type: the piping of the oil return pipe should not be connected to the oil return pipe of other valves, but should return to the oil tank directly. If a remote control valve is used to control the pressure, the internal volume of the drain pipe of the drain circuit is too large, and frequency vibration is likely to occur. Therefore, the length and diameter of the piping should be minimized.
8. Electromagnetic guided relief valve RVGS, RVTS flow selection: when the flow is small, the adjustment pressure will be unstable. When using models 03 and 06, the flow rate should be greater than 8 l/min, when using model 06, the flow rate should be greater than 15 l/min.
